Cybersecurity Dataset 1.0 and Two Other High-Quality Datasets Released

On September 15, 2026, Chinese Internet Basic Corpus 4.0, Cybersecurity Dataset 1.0, and an AIGC detection dataset were released at the AI Security Governance sub-forum of National Cybersecurity Awareness Week in Jinan. The datasets are available through the Chinese Internet Corpus Resource Platform on the China Cyberspace Security Association website.

On the afternoon of September 15, 2026, three high-quality datasets were released to the public at the Artificial Intelligence Security Governance sub-forum of the 2026 National Cybersecurity Awareness Week in Jinan: Chinese Internet Basic Corpus 4.0, Cybersecurity Dataset 1.0, and an AIGC detection dataset.

Chinese Internet Basic Corpus 4.0

Under the guidance of the Cyberspace Administration of China, the China Cyberspace Security Association worked with the National Computer Network Emergency Response Technical Team/Coordination Center of China (CNCERT/CC) and other units. Building on earlier releases of Chinese Internet Basic Corpus 1.0, 2.0, and 3.0, and relying on a corpus co-construction and sharing mechanism set up by the association's Artificial Intelligence Security Governance Special Committee, the parties assembled new high-quality trusted data. After data processing, they formed and released Chinese Internet Basic Corpus 4.0, with a data volume of 120 GB, to support large model training and artificial intelligence development.

Cybersecurity Dataset 1.0

To promote improvement of large model cybersecurity capabilities, CNCERT/CC jointly with Zhongguancun Laboratory, the University of Science and Technology of China, the Computer Network Information Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, NSFOCUS, and Beijing Chaitin Tech released Cybersecurity Dataset 1.0. The dataset includes five sub-datasets: a cybersecurity capability evaluation benchmark set, an APT attack-defense dataset, a cybersecurity alert dataset, an abnormal traffic dataset, and a vulnerability analysis dataset.

AIGC Detection Dataset

To support research on detection and tracing of content generated by large models, CNCERT/CC jointly with the Institute of Information Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences released an AIGC detection dataset. The dataset contains 100,000 text records and 100,000 image records.

Access

The datasets are online on the Chinese Internet Corpus Resource Platform. Users can log in to the China Cyberspace Security Association website (https://www.cybersac.cn/newhome), click the Chinese Internet Corpus Resource Platform link, and complete registration and authentication to download or contact the operators to obtain the data.
