TC260 Seeks Comment on Agent System Development Security Guide

TC260 on 18 September 2026 opened public comment on a draft practice guide for secure development of large-model agent systems. Comments are due by 2 October 2026 to secretariat contact Li Ziwei.

The secretariat of the National Information Security Standardization Technical Committee (TC260) issued notice Wang'an Mizi [2026] No. 119 on 18 September 2026. It released for public comment the draft "Cybersecurity Standard Practice Guide: Agent System Development Security Guide."

The file gives security development guidance for large-model-based agent systems across preparation, design, implementation, testing, and release. TC260 said the aim is to guide secure agent-system development and reduce related risk.

Under the committee's rules for practice-guide documents, comments are requested from interested organizations. Submit opinions by 2 October 2026 to the secretariat.
